• Shipping: Boxes ship at the end of each month, and you’ll get tracking as soon as they’re on the way.

• No Refunds: All subscription renewals are final. Please skip or cancel before your billing date to avoid being charged for that month.
  
• Address Changes: Update your address in your account before your billing date to ensure it ships to the right place.
  
• Payment Issues: If a payment fails, it will retry automatically. Update your card information if needed.

Our wax, fragrance oils, wicks, diffuser bases, and room spray base are carefully selected to meet strict ingredient standards. Our products are free of phthalates, Prop 65 listed ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, acute toxins, antimicrobials, animal derivatives, BBP, DEHP, DBP, DEP, and other harmful additives commonly used in the fragrance industry.

Our wicks are lead free and zinc free. Our diffuser base is biodegradable, phthalate free, and VOC compliant.

Our room and linen sprays use an Ethoxydiglycol base designed to safely disperse fragrance while keeping the scent light and clean in your space.

Every product is crafted with clean ingredients from start to finish.

• Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn for a clean, even flame.
• Let your candle burn to the edges on the first burn (about 4 hours) to prevent tunneling.
• Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time and never burn when only 1/2" of wax remains.
• Keep candles on a heat-safe surface and away from drafts, vents, kids, and pets.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended and avoid moving it while lit or hot.
• Use a snuffer to extinguish—never water.
• Allow wax to cool completely before touching or moving.
