Refund policy

At South Shore Scents Co., each item is poured in small batches and made to order. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.

If something arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, we will make it right.

Damaged or Broken Items: 

If your order arrives damaged or broken during shipping, we are happy to send a replacement of the same item.

To request a replacement:

  • Email support@southshorescentsco.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The damaged item
    • The shipping box it arrived in

Once we review your request, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Please note: We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges: 

At this time, we do not offer exchanges.

Because scent is personal, we recommend trying a scent sample before purchasing a full size candle. This helps you choose with confidence and avoid ordering a scent that may not be the right fit.
