• Shipping: Free shipping is included with every Candle Club delivery. Boxes ship at the end of each month, and you'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

• No Refunds: Because each candle is made specifically for Candle Club members, membership renewals are non-refundable. If you'd like to skip or cancel, please do so before your next billing date.
• Address Changes: Please update your shipping address in your account before your next billing date to ensure your box arrives at the correct address.
• Payment Issues: If your payment doesn't go through, we'll automatically retry it. You can update your payment method in your account at any time.
• Promotions: Candle Club memberships are already offered at a special member price with free shipping. Sitewide promotions and discount codes do not apply unless otherwise noted.

Everything is cruelty-free and pet-friendly.

Our wax, fragrance oils, wicks, diffuser bases, and room spray base are carefully selected to meet strict ingredient standards. Our products are free of phthalates, Prop 65 listed ingredients, carcinogens, mutagens, reproductive toxins, organ toxins, acute toxins, antimicrobials, animal derivatives, BBP, DEHP, DBP, DEP, and other harmful additives commonly used in the fragrance industry.

Our wicks are lead free and zinc free. Our diffuser base is biodegradable, phthalate free, and VOC compliant.

Our room and linen sprays use an Ethoxydiglycol base designed to safely disperse fragrance while keeping the scent light and clean in your space.

Every product is crafted with clean ingredients from start to finish.

• Trim wick to 1/4" before each burn for a clean, even flame.
• Let your candle burn to the edges on the first burn (about 4 hours) to prevent tunneling.
• Never burn longer than 4 hours at a time and never burn when only 1/2" of wax remains.
• Keep candles on a heat-safe surface and away from drafts, vents, kids, and pets.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended and avoid moving it while lit or hot.
• Use a snuffer to extinguish—never water.
• Allow wax to cool completely before touching or moving.
